Garden Services Booking privacy policy

The booking site runs on your hosting and your own Supabase database. Nothing about your customers is sent to Freehold Software.
What the app collects
- Customer names, contact details, addresses and job details, stored in your own database. You are the data controller for them.
Other services involved
- Your email provider sends the quote and confirmation emails.
- Stripe or PayPal process card payments, only if you switch online payment on.
How long it is kept
Whatever the app stores stays on your own device, computer or server until you delete it. We hold none of it, so there is nothing for us to keep or delete.
If you subscribe
Subscriptions bought on this website are paid through Stripe, which acts as the seller of record through its Managed Payments service and adds the right VAT or sales tax for your country at checkout. We receive your name, email address, country and what you bought — never your card details — and use your email to send your download and licence.
