The problem
A one-van gardener loses jobs in the gap between the enquiry and the quote: the missed call, the callback that goes to voicemail, the “I’ll come and look at it Saturday” that becomes next month.
What it does
Your customer builds their job in a cart and watches an itemised price update as they go. They get a branded quote email with an Approve button, one click confirms the visit, and the job appears in your calendar. It grew out of the booking site behind Lothian Garden Services, the founder’s own gardening round in Edinburgh.

The customer builds an order
They tap Add on the services you offer, enter a few measurements and see an itemised total update live — often after scanning the QR code on your van or flyer.
They pick a time
Contact details and a preferred date window. No account, no card, no deposit.
They approve by email
A branded, itemised quote with a one-click Approve button. One click confirms the visit.
It lands in your calendar
Every job, grouped by date, in a password-protected admin. Confirm the time, mark it complete or cancel.

Stated plainly, so nobody signs up for the wrong thing.
- One business per installation — a single admin password and one service menu.
- No SMS and no customer login. Everything the customer does happens through the cart and their email.
- The sample rates and postcode bands are UK examples, meant to be replaced with yours.
- Setting it up means copying keys into a settings file and deploying to Vercel — about an hour if you have done it before.

Questions
Do my customers need an account?
No. They build an order, enter their details and approve the quote from a link in their email. No login, no password, no app.
Can I change what I offer and what I charge?
Yes, from the admin panel, with no redeploy. Every service can be switched on or off and given your own rate and minimum.
Is the price the customer sees the final price?
It is an itemised estimate, and the quote email carries your own small print. Jobs that genuinely need a site visit appear on the same quote as “price on visit”.
Can I use it outside the UK?
Yes. Currency is one setting, and the postcode call-out bands are plain rules you replace with your own area.
